My approach to teaching yoga is a holistic approach, and it has its roots in the ancient Kundalini and Tantric traditions.

Kundalini Yoga holds a diverse treasure of exercises that can bring many positive changes to the mind-body-spirit. Kundalini Yoga is an energy management system that strengthens and tunes the body’s own systems. It works on a physical level as well as on the level of consciousness, offering you the gift of your own vitality making you a healthier and a happier person.

The techniques I teach are easy and powerful and can be easily learned and practiced by everybody. Kundalini Yoga combines dynamic movements, static isometric style exercises, different breathing techniques, chanting mantras, mudras, deep relaxation, and meditation. I frequently integrate elements and techniques from other disciplines like Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, EFT (emotional freedom techniques) and also Shamanic practices.  I use these other techniques in order to ease in or deepen the experience of kundalini yoga when necessary. My integrated practice is designed to elevate each practitioner to their highest nature and unlock their true potential.

The Blessings

This type of practice has many physical and mental benefits. Simply put, I have put together ancient techniques designed to make you a healthier and happier human being. The intensity of the practice builds resilience, grit, and inner strength. It can increase your flexibility, strength, endurance, clarity, and focus. It reduces stress and anxiety and improves balance and the overall quality of life. In particular, the practice of Kundalini yoga can help release old subconscious patterns and unwanted habits and gain awareness of the consequences of your habits. This is a yoga that adjusts the glandular system, recalibrates the nervous system, and tunes in mind and body to function in synch with the natural rhythms of Nature and Life.

The Spiritual Warrior

The purpose of this yoga practice is your spiritual awakening and the birth of a Spiritual Warrior. The Spiritual Warrior realizes that the entire universe is simply perfect and vast and that the infinite spirit within us, with all its wisdom, guides us all. The victory of a spiritual warrior is peace, awareness, and the connection with the true nature of the self. This happens when the need for control is sacrificed when fear is evaporated, and when the mind has no more negative thoughts. The Spiritual Warrior realizes that he is supported by infinite power, that before him lies endless opportunity, and he is surrounded by boundless love.
