Men's Walk 2025
Mount Olympus, Greece
September 19 - 22
Humility and Honour

Humility and Honour

We may be just a grain of sand in vast desert. Yet we are part of the desert, and therefore have access to its immensity. Ignorance of Oneness gives space for a false sense of self-importance. Whereas humility involves dropping our pride but preserving our honour.  Whoever preserves their honour on the foundation of humility inevitably, and without wishing it, becomes a leader in the true sense of the word. In this intimate gathering of men in the beautiful setting of the Olympus National Park in Greece, we will be reflecting on these topics under the conscious guidance of Shiv Charan Singh.

Walk with us on the Mountain of The Gods

Towering up from the centre of the Greek civilisation, monument of the natural world, Olympus is the highest mountain in Greece, and is the symbol of the Greek spirit as well as of faith and freedom. Being the residence of the ancient Gods, Olympus has always been the cradle of poetical and mythological stories between the Gods and the heroes of antiquity.

People all over the world visit the mountain of the Gods in order to live-once-in-a-life-time experiences. Beside of mountain climbing or hiking, these experiences engage all of our senses, with nature imparting upon us immense emotions through the surrounding magnificence. Trekking through the Olympian paths, we will have the opportunity to connect with the water element via the river that flows through the mountain and its full of energy waterfalls that form crystal clear plunge pools. Beyond its natural beauty and imposing landscape, Mount Olympus is also a spiritual haven, ideal for calming and connecting with the true self and for drawing the faithful closer to divinity. We will experience the energy of an archaeological site, monasteries, churches and hermitages dating back to centuries ago.

Our base will be a mountain refuge at an altitude of 930m with impressive views of the peaks of the mountain, as well as the sea bellow it. The mountain gives us many options of hiking paths, both easy and challenging, long and short and many start right outside our refuge.
